Power Flush Price List

PLEASE NOTE
Power flushing you central heating system can not cause any damage to the pipes or radiators.
Our procedure
Standard power flush – We perform our standard power flush procedure as set out by the Power Flush Association. It is a set procedure and we follow it wherever possible, if we deviate it will be because of system design or experience forcing us to do so. We flush the whole system radiators, pipes and boiler unless the client specifically wants to exclude parts of it, we do not recommend excluding cleaning any part of the system as it is all connected.
Included in normal pricing:
All chemicals during and after the flush, labour as well as power flush certificate and guarantee.
Excluded in normal pricing:
manual removal and flushing and de-scaling of the primary or secondary heat exchanger, manual cleaning or replacing the feed and expansion pipe ( conventional systems only).
Known problems and limitations:
Some boilers have main heat exchangers that cannot be flushed clean. The industry standard is first clean the system, then replace the heat exchanger if needed to. We can not always predict when the heat exchanger will flush clean and when not but most of times we are able to get them cleaned, 99% success rate.
Other
Parking and congestion charges are passed to the client.
